Paper Submission:

Authors are invited to submit manuscripts reporting original unpublished research and recent developments in the topics related to the workshop. The length of the papers must not exceed 6 pages (IEEE Computer Society Proceedings Manuscripts style: two columns, single-spaced and 10 fonts), including figures and references. Papers should be submitted electronically in PDF format to

All papers will be peer reviewed and the comments will be provided to the authors. The accepted papers will be published by the IEEE Computer Society in the Proceedings of ScalCom 2011 (accessed via IEEE Xplore and indexed by EI). At least one of the authors of each accepted paper must register to attend the conference, in order for the paper to appear in the conference proceedings.
