Curriculum Vitae
Research Interests
Currently I am interested in mode-locked fiber lasers, pulse propagation in active media, solitons, dissipative solitons in dispersion managed systems, Ginzburg-Landau-type equations, self-simiar pulse propagation and parabolic pulse generation in amplifiers. Mathematically, the analysis and computation I use falls within the context of contemporary dynamical systems, nonlinear wave propagation, perturbation theory, stability theory, nonlinear partial differential equations, and scientific computing.
